For Donghu Grace Church’s Agapao event, we documented a gathering centered around faith, connection, and personal stories.
Through worship, stage performances, and life sharing, the event created a space where people could connect through different forms of expression.
Our goal was to preserve these meaningful moments through documentary photography.
The challenge was to capture more than the activities themselves.
Agapao combined energetic worship, creative performances, and personal reflections, requiring imagery that could represent both the atmosphere of the event and the emotions behind each participant.
We focused on observing authentic interactions throughout the event.
From collective worship to stage performances and personal sharing, the photography follows the emotional journey of the gathering, capturing moments of connection, expression, and community.
The final collection preserves Agapao as a visual record of faith and community.
Rather than simply documenting an event, the images capture the emotions, stories, and connections that made the gathering meaningful.
At Moss & Grain, we believe every community has stories worth preserving.
Through documentary photography, we help organizations transform meaningful moments into lasting visual narratives.
